When considering ways to reach out in this sometimes bleak, but beautiful world I found this platform. While I’m not a professional writer by any means I do believe it is one of the best mediums we can use to capture just a glimpse of what we observe, feel, and gain from life around us. For many years I’ve kept my writing solely to my social media pages, but most recently expanded into the world of song writing. It has opened a vast new frontier for me and my hope is to take that a step further by posting some of my lyrics, what is behind them, and some of what I hope listeners gain from them. And, of course basic reflections on humanity and the good in it.

I mentioned in my bio that I’m from the foothills of Appalachia and that region has provided many beautiful memories and influences for me. The simple love that I was raised on and blessed with carries me still today and I hope I can share some of that with you all.
